Kinstead Partners is a boutique investment firm seeking high-quality, established medium-sized businesses with proven track records and strong fundamentals. We partner with business owners at a transition point, providing a respectful, thoughtful path to succession while helping the company thrive in its next chapter.

Our approach is rooted in four principles: investing in quality, protecting founder legacies, acting with integrity, and taking a long-term view. We were trained as strategy consultants and that experience shapes how we work. We take the time to understand each business in its full context: what has been done before, why decisions were made, and what constraints and opportunities exist today. We then focus on a small number of high-impact priorities, delivering hands-on strategic and operational support that is culturally aligned, operationally achievable, and grounded in the specifics of the business.

Because we invest for the long term, our work is guided by durability. We prioritise changes that make sense for your customers, your team, and your market, and that will still be working five and ten years from now. We do not rely on complex financial engineering or short-term cost cutting.   • Claire has an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris and has been a strategy consultant for over 15 years

  • As a strategy consultant, she has assisted many Private Equity funds with commercial due diligence and value creation strategy

  •  Claire has worked across many sectors including consumer products, telecommunications & technology and business services 

NAWAZ ISAJI

Partner

  • Nawaz is a strategy partner at global consultancy, L.E.K  Consulting

  • He’s spent over 15 years advising and working alongside private equity funds across his time at Strategy& and L.E.K.

  • Nawaz focusses largely on consumer & retail, industrial and tech and telecom related investments

  • Nawaz studied law and engineering at UTS Sydney, and holds an MBA from INSEAD in France

Andrew Wilson

Partner

  • Andrew is an Electrical Engineer and MBA with over 30 year experience in management consulting

  • He has worked with over 200 companies to help improve business performance and make strategic decisions, as well as seconding to leadership roles when required

  • Andrew’s specialty is in FMCG, financial services and industrial organisations
